- Honey or corn syrup (to stick coconut)
- Ice (for shaking)
Instructions
- Rim a chilled martini glass with honey or corn syrup, then dip into shredded coconut.
- Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour in vanilla vodka, coconut rum, heavy cream, and cream of coconut.
- Shake vigorously for 20 seconds until icy cold and frothy.
- Strain into prepared glass and garnish with a marshmallow on a cocktail pick or float on top.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use coconut cream and almond milk. You can also batch mix without ice, chill in a mason jar, and shake with ice before serving.
